TPH Graduate LAUNCHPAD Program The Experience of a Lifetime

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Do you aspire to become a leader coaching a team of creative and technical individuals to deliver a customer experience that clients rave about? Would you like to run your own operation with P&L responsibility and be a top performer building a solid reputation for TPH, your team and yourself in your market? Are you willing to roll up your sleeves, start on the ground floor to perform all the roles within a TPH local production centre to bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge you learned at school and develop hands-on practical experience in all aspects of print production? If you've said yes to all the above, then TPH's Graduate LAUNCHPAD Program is for YOU

As a LAUNCHPAD participant you'll start learning about our business from day one based at our Head Office with our team of Business Development professionals. You will learn about TPH's value proposition, be involved in prospecting, developing opportunities and proposals for TPH to engage new customers and grow our relationships with our existing customers. Following your foundational term in Business Development you will become eligible for field experience in various Local Production Centres (LPCs) in the GTA to work alongside our production teams in different roles to learn and contribute to producing client projects and delivering a 'raving fan' customer experience. Finally, upon successful evaluation and completion of the LAUNCHPAD program we determine the right path for you at TPH and you will be offered permanent employment at a TPH Local Production Centre on an ongoing basis.

This is an immersive and challenging six-month program but for those who are ready to take it on and work hard, you will learn a lot of valuable technical knowledge and customer service skills, meet new people across our talented TPH network and launch your career journey at TPH

What will you get out of this?

? A marketable skill set with real work experience in areas such as business development, time-management, technical production know-how, customer service, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, etc...
? A chance to work alongside and network with TPH managers and teams across the GTA.
? Opportunities to take initiative, grow and add more responsibility as you develop. Take what you've learned at school and on the job to "share your knowledge and grow" with a focus on continuous improvement and creating references and tools to help all team members grow.
?To be part of a team of high performing players whose daily purpose is to exceed our customers' expectations and create positive word of mouth for TPH to drive new business and retain customers for life.
?A full time position at TPH following the successful completion of the LAUNCHPAD program. In this role you will be entrusted with serving our clients where you'll leverage what you've learned to deliver optimal solutions that exceed our client's needs and result in a 'raving fan' experience that brings them back to buy again and again.
