Business Development ManagerOur client is searching for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and managing lead generation, qualifying clients and opportunities, revenue generation and tracking progress in a business-to-business environment. A successful candidate will work independently to product substantial results using a varying mixture of lead sources including research, networking, and cold calling into targeted companies. This role reports directly to the Sales and Project Services Manager.Your success is defined by your ability to:Identify and qualify new prospective clients and opportunities to maximize business opportunitiesFocus on building relationships through outside selling skills, attending conferences and seminars, hosting lunch and learns with prospective clientsEstablish and build relationships with senior executives and line managers of prospective and established customersClose new business opportunities by working with both internal and external customersMaintain proactive relationship management and regular and consistent contact management strategies with an assigned client basePlay a key role in the creation, facilitation and delivery of corporate service offeringsProvide feedback to sales management and business owners to ensure the company’s solutions to continue to meet client needsManage and maintain prospect databasesInteract with organizational sales team members and other internal customers to ensure project completion for all clientsYour strengths include:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field5+ years of direct work experience in Business DevelopmentKnowledge of costing and estimation best practices from the construction industryKnowledge of business principles involved in resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resourcesIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of and experience working with CRM systemsIf you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the “Apply” button to send your resume directly to Jason Dick, Andre Donado, Olga Borisova, and Bobi-Jo Warner.Recruitment Partners Inc. is an Alberta-based, Alberta-focused recruitment firm.
