Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional support to our sales team and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

As a Client Support Representative at Trillum Sales Group, your primary responsibility is to support the promotional and branding needs of our clients. You will assist in delivering unique and effective solutions tailored to each client.

Promotional Products Industry knowledge is a definite asset for a successful candidate in this role.

Here is an overview of your key responsibilities:

Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns to provide personalized service. Focus on facilitating communication and support for our clients.

Product Knowledge:
Learn and develop an understanding of Trillium Sales Group's product offerings and their applications to meet clients' branding goals. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Proposal Support:
Assist the internal team in creating tailored proposals that meet clients' specific requirements. Ensure that proposals align with clients' budgets and goals.

Project Coordination:
Help with the implementation of approved projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly and meet client expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as design and production, to help meet deadlines.

Problem Resolution:
Use your resources to address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and efficiently. Work to find solutions that maintain positive client relationships and uphold our company reputation.

Support Sales Targets:
Support efforts to meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities. Assist in expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the team to help refine product offerings.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize client information efficiently.

Feedback Loop:
Help establish a feedback loop with clients to continuously improve services. Gather insights on client satisfaction and use this information to enhance the overall client experience.

Potential Opportunity for Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including upselling strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
