The HRBP sets and aligns the global talent strategy with the company’s priorities to drive results, defines and drives the delivery of talent processes and programs, and actively participates in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. This position will support all facets of international human resources including organizational development, workforce optimization, performance management, training and development and cultural change. The chosen candidate will collaborate and act in partnership with the corporate human resources team to ensure that HR programs enable employees within their client groups to be more effective and impactful in their roles, driving a high performing workforce.The key to the Human Resources Business Partner success will be partnering with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide tools that motivate people to enhance the culture of high performance. This person will be a results-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and has meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to deal with competing priorities.
