Scout Talent North America is looking for multiple, full-time Sales & Account Executives to join our team in our stunning downtown Vancouver, BC headquarters.
Connecting with prospects in assigned verticals via a multitouch methodology (average of 50 B2B outbound phone calls per day), with the aim of having quality conversations while meeting sales/KPI targets
Confirming pricing, handling objections, and managing the sales process
Conducting qualified software demonstrations alongside our product specialists
Acting as an Account Manager for your clients, building and maintaining a strong relationship, leading to repeat business and growth of your accounts
As the primary Salesperson, you will also provide expert account management. You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, and recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies.
To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don't worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be
You have a solutions-focused sales strategy that gets to the crux of client's needs
You have laser-focus in achieving your wins, and helping others attain theirs too
Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Ability to fluently communicate in Spanish and French will be considered an asset, but not required.
