Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Work side-by-side with industry leaders in corrosion engineering and start building your successful career portfolio
Company-sponsored training/education fees (e.g., Responsible for providing office and warehouse administration support to the Calgary regional office.
Operations Administration
Phone answering service support.
Shipment creation/tracking for smaller domestic packages.
General filing and organizing of files/records retention (digital and hard copy).
Data entry/formatting, pdf bundling.
Hotel, flight, car bookings and assistance for field staff as required.
Ordering of office, safety, kitchen and meeting specific supplies as required.
Opening of mail and delivery to necessary stakeholders for approval.
Managing office cleaners and other maintenance subcontractors as directed.
General office maintenance support as required.
Invoicing for projects on an as needed basis.
Company card receipt collection with monthly coding.
Assist with booking in-class safety and technical courses.
Warehouse Administration
Control warehouse inventory, keep accurate record of all stock (in/out).
Confirm accuracy and quality of shipments against the bill of lading.
Pick materials for received picking slips and move materials to staging area.
Operate forklift.
Know safe storage, handling and proper shipping procedures of various chemicals and materials.
Minimum 2 years administration experience is considered an asset.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Pronto system experience an asset.
