As an isure Personal Lines Customer Service Broker you will be responsible for the customer satisfaction, retention and growth of an existing book of business.Succeeding as a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker will require the following core qualifications and skills:Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.RIBO level 1 licenseMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker, requiredExceptional customer service focus and relationship building skillsExcellent communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several parties with accuracy and an attention to detailTroubleshooting and problem solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordinglyStrong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced settingAbility to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgencyTo be successful in this role, you will exceptionally complete the following (not an exhaustive list of responsibilities):Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsDiscuss and assess customers current and future insurance needsProvide advice and answer customer questions about their policiesPrepare renewals, remarkets and endorsementsCross-sell and upsell to our existing book of businessAssist and advise customers on making claims on their policiesOther related duties as may be requiredHere is what isure offers you:Education reimbursement programEmployee discounts on home and auto insuranceEmployee referral programPaid vacation, sick and personal daysGroup Benefits PlanRRSP Saving ProgramA fun and casual work environmentTeam-building eventsSemi-annual employee reviews and opportunities for development/growth
