isure is in search of an energetic, customer driven team player who is looking for a career and not a job. As an isure Personal Lines Customer Service Broker you will be responsible for the customer satisfaction, retention and growth of an existing book of business.

Succeeding as a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker will require the following core qualifications and skills:

Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.

RIBO level 1 license

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker, required

Exceptional customer service focus and relationship building skills

Excellent communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several parties with accuracy and an attention to detail

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordingly

Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgency

To be successful in this role, you will exceptionally complete the following (not an exhaustive list of responsibilities):

Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Discuss and assess customers current and future insurance needs

Provide advice and answer customer questions about their policies

Prepare renewals, remarkets and endorsements

Cross-sell and upsell to our existing book of business

Assist and advise customers on making claims on their policies

Other related duties as may be required
