Miles HR is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor for a minimum 2 month contract to work with a fast paced, established and growing organization in the Aviation Industry. The HR Advisor will be responsible for employment letters, resignation and termination communications, managing medical leaves, processing accommodation requests, transferring employee files to document management system, and communication with employees regarding the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, along with three years of recent experience in a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity for the HR Advisor who is looking to grow their career in HR and be part of a high performing team.
