Join a leading construction company in Edmonton, Alberta as a Site Superintendent, where you'll oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule parameters. You'll manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to meet targets, implement Quality Control Programs, and maintain cost control throughout construction. You'll work closely with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors to proactively address and resolve issues as they arise.What You DoOversee construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.Manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors.Implement Quality Control Programs and maintain cost control throughout construction.Collaborate with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.Who You AreExperienced Site Superintendent with 10+ years in commercial construction.Preferably educated in construction, building technology, or engineering.Certified with NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter ticket (preferred).Experienced in managing projects over $15 million.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Hold a valid, clean Driver’s license and be ready to travel.Drake International welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
