About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Altis Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, product development, and competitive analysis. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will have experience working in retail, hardlines, or consumer packaged goods industries, and proficiency with Power BI and MS Office suite. SAP is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies to drive market growth and innovation.
  • Oversee new product development within the category, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage all packaging development and branding initiatives for assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop brand promotions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including creative briefs, advertising, promotions, and consumer communication strategies.
  • Track and evaluate brand performance metrics, including sales, profitability, distribution, and consumer feedback.
