We are seeking a Professional Events Manager to join our team of experienced, service-focused professionals.For more information about our organization, please visit us at position will require domestic and international travel, up to 30%. A valid passport with no known travel restrictions is mandatory.Key Areas of Responsibility:Project manager of successful end-to-end program delivery, including content development, logistical planning, sales and marketing, and flawless execution on-siteRelationship and logistical management of executive-level Steering CommitteesProfessional representation of the brand in all aspects of interaction (in-person, phone/ video, and written) with clients, colleagues, and partnersCollaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure program successManagement of program related expenses to ensure budget expectations are metIdentification and implementation of new opportunities for program developmentGather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve event quality and client satisfactionRequirements:5 - 7 years in a project management role with an emphasis on professional events, excellent customer experience and fostering strong client relationshipsAgile and highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and show resilience in varying scenariosHigh-touch, solutions-oriented ethosConfident and articulate in dealing with senior level executivesStrong attention to detail and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in a management role is a benefitExperience in marketing, business development, events and/or hospitality, particularly in the luxury market, is an assetDomestic and international travelInterested applicants are asked to apply online.
