This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge horticulture research by performing literature research, organizing and summarizing R&D efforts, contributing to report writing, performing statistical analyses and participating in the execution of experiments.ResponsibilitiesLiterature ResearchLiterature research on specific topics relevant to the company’s R&D projectsSummarize and present relevant informationExperiment Design and Execution and Data AnalysisDevelop experimental designs in collaboration with the research team.Participate in the execution of experiments, including the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of experimental protocols.Collect, compile, and organize experimental data in a systematic manner.Analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights.Interpret and communicate results to the research team.Report WritingAssist in the preparation of research reports and technical documents.Ensure that reports align with organizational goals and meet standards.Qualifications & Educational RequirementsUndergraduate or master’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in scientific literature review.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of experimental design, data collection, and execution of experiments.Essential statistical analysis skills and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
