What we are looking for


We seek a dedicated and innovative Research Assistant to join our dynamic research team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge horticulture research by performing literature research, organizing and summarizing R&D efforts, contributing to report writing, performing statistical analyses and participating in the execution of experiments.


Responsibilities


Literature Research

  • Literature research on specific topics relevant to the company’s R&D projects
  • Summarize and present relevant information


Experiment Design and Execution and Data Analysis

  • Develop experimental designs in collaboration with the research team.
  • Participate in the execution of experiments, including the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of experimental protocols.
  • Collect, compile, and organize experimental data in a systematic manner.
  • Analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Interpret and communicate results to the research team.


Report Writing

  • Assist in the preparation of research reports and technical documents.
  • Ensure that reports align with organizational goals and meet standards.



Qualifications & Educational Requirements


  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in scientific literature review.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of experimental design, data collection, and execution of experiments.
  • Essential statistical analysis skills and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
