SSENSE has garnered critical acclaim as both an e-commerce engine and a producer of cultural content, generating an average of 100 million monthly page views, with approximately 80% of its audience between the ages of 18 to 40.Job DescriptionAbout the TeamReporting to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll & Benefits, the Payroll & Benefits Specialist manages operations and administrative functions related to payroll at SSENSE. You will be responsible for processing payroll, and administering employee changes and benefits in order to ensure that all employee data is accurately recorded into payroll and HRIS systems. You will also act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to payroll and benefits.The role is hybrid and you will be required to come into the office about 2 days a month and as needed by the business. Apply and let's chatWhy Join UsHere is a high level overview of your role and responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries including new hires, payroll data changes, terminations, records of employment, etc. and develop and maintain payroll-related documentation, processes and guidelinesMaintain the integrity and accuracy of the personnel database in the payroll system (ADP) and ensure compliance with payroll related policies and processes in order to ensure data integrity and compliance.Ensure the proper processing of group benefits, leaves of absence, vacation and any other related HR program in accordance with applicable plans and internal processes.Act as the main point of contact for payroll and benefit inquiries.
