This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Thanjai Snacks in Mont-Royal, QC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our snacks to customers across Canada. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our products, negotiating sales agreements, and providing excellent customer service.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique offerings of our cloud kitchen.Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed established sales targets.Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or related field.Efficient in communicating daily sales and target reports with management.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Proficiency in using sales analytics tools is desirable.Fluency in English and French is preferred.Valid driving licenseAvailability to travel for customer visits and attend trade shows or eventsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersSelf-motivated and target-drivenBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
