You will also be responsible to ensure system performance remains optimal, reliability stays high, and updates are seamlessly integrated. Your expertise will also contribute to shaping efficient IT processes, refining maintenance approaches, and creating comprehensive policies and documentation.

Ensure system performance remains optimal and updates are seamlessly integrated.
Network Administration - Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
Ensure the organization’s network and data are protected from threats.
Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity.
User Support - Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly. Develop user documentation and training materials.
Project Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related projects and initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience as a System/Network Administrator. (Active Directory, Entra ID, PfSense, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Suite)
Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD)
Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and security principles.
Experience with system monitoring tools and methodologies.(Familiarity with project management lifecycle and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both French and English
Certifications like MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+ is an asset.
