The clinic has a modern and relaxing feel. We look forward to reviewing your resume and meeting with you.This is a full-time permanent position - with 40 hours per week.Hours:• Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm• Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm• Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm• Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pmResponsibilities:• Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments• Treatment coordination and scheduling• Preparing and sending pre-determinations• Following up on outstanding treatment• Confirming upcoming appointments• Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance• Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete• Additional duties, as required.Requirements:• The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting• Proficient computer skills• Excellent communication and people skills• Attention to detail, organized and reliable• Dental Office Software Experience (AbelDent, Dentrix, Maxident, etc.)• Asset: Dental Assisting Skills/Qualifications#indeedmca1MCA values diversity and is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team and an inclusive work environment.
