We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator who aligns with our core values of believing in what's possible, exhibiting a solution-oriented mindset, and taking initiative in driving projects forward. This role will be essential in managing our inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating overseas shipments, and ensuring that our supply chain operations are both efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a passion for solving problems and advancing our logistics processes. 
 

Inbound Logistics Management:  
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve any issues. 
Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts, aligning with operational needs. 

Outbound Logistics Coordination:  
Schedule and manage shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. 
Collaborate with shipping carriers to track shipments and address any delays or issues. 
Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations. 
 

Overseas Shipments:  
Coordinate and manage international shipments, including handling customs documentation and compliance. 
Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border logistics. 
Monitor international shipments and resolve any related issues or delays. 

Supply Chain Optimization:  
Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. 
Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reflecting a solution-oriented approach. 
Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution. 
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless logistics experience. 
Address and resolve any logistics-related concerns promptly, exhibiting a commitment to customer satisfaction. 

Approach problems with a creative and resourceful attitude, focusing on finding effective solutions. 

Initiative in Driving Projects Forward: Take ownership of logistics projects and processes, driving them to completion with determination and foresight. 

2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. 
~ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. 
~ Strong understanding of logistics software and systems. 
~ Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
