Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns and social media marketing campaigns, web analytics, online marketing conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies..ResponsabilitiesDevelop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.Create digital content including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, etc.Establish our online presence and create brand awareness.Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.Create a unique brand identity online.Create visual concepts for promotional activities.Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.Spread the company’s message through social media and other online mediums.Increase the company’s sales through online marketing.Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.Qualifications:Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related fieldStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertisingProficient in marketing automation toolsExcellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Strong project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in digital marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry, is a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus
