RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute social media strategy, ensuring on-brand content and timely delivery.
  • Brainstorm socially relevant and on-trend content ideas.
  • Oversee content development and curation, emphasizing short-form video.
  • Publish content according to schedules, using third-party tools.
  • Amplify posts via Meta and TikTok ads manager.
  • Engage strategically with audiences across platforms.
  • Generate insightful bi-weekly and monthly reports.
  • Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate to optimize audience growth and brand image.
  • Manage influencer campaigns and online communities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and project delivery standards.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of social media experience or education in related fields.
  • Proficiency in content creation, community engagement, and social analytics.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok Business Manager.
  • Ability to measure social success effectively.
