The Business Development Lead will not only be skilled at sales but will also be comfortable supporting and coaching the team on proposal preparation and client management. This is a role that will collaborate heavily with operations, so the successful candidate must be comfortable in both areas.A Day in the LifeThis position is responsible for leading the sales development efforts for the Prince George Team which include: opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management.
