What is needed: • 2+ years of experience in professional writing and managing multiple, concurrent bids in fast-paced environments, including public and private sector RFP/RFI responses. • Demonstrated ability to lead proposal kick-off meetings, develop compliance matrices, and oversee the end-to-end bid process. • Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, winning proposals on time. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and proposal management software.
