**What YOU Will Do**

The Proposal Manager will take a leading role in driving the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process, including coordinating the flow of information from contributors to meet all deadlines and following through on action items to achieve a coordinated team effort and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
More precisely, the Proposal Manager:

- Establishes a winning strategy with management buy-in, validate it is the proper strategy as the proposal proceeds and ensure it is followed by the proposal team;
- Creates a proposal schedule and responsibility matrix and ensures it is followed;
- Ensures the proper communication channels are established between all team members (internal and external);
- Facilitates meetings with all team members throughout the process, including red and gold team reviews, and monitors the progress of all activities based upon proposal schedule;
- Works with Proposal writers to develop high quality and persuasive qualification/proposal content that is in alignment with the qualification/proposal strategy, and that meet all customer requirements;
- Oversees the quality process of the proposal documents. Ensure that the content of the deliverables is well harmonized, coherent, and compliant with the RFP;
- requirements. Ensure sure the key messages and winning themes are well emphasized throughout the document. Conduct follow-ups with Subject Matter Experts if needed;
- Assists in the development and preparation of client meetings, workshops, and oral presentation materials.

**What YOU Will Bring**

**Skills**:

- 3-5 years’ proposal Management experience;
- A University or College Diploma in Technical Writing, Journalism, Marketing or a combination of education and industry experience;
- Strong experience managing large, complex proposals and technical reports in construction, engineering, or architecture;
- Experience working with Infrastructure Ontario or other Private Public Partnership (P3) Canadian Authorities considered and asset;
- Experience with P3 proposals considered an asset;
- Organized, detail-oriented and highly deadline-driven;
- Strong project management skills, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time;
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Strong communications skills required;
- Highly developed computer skills, including Microsoft suite, InDesign, SharePoint;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
