Your skills: Bachelor degree in engineering or industrial engineering or equivalent and/or 3+ years experience in implementation KAIZEN and Lean/6 Sigma.Minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment.In-depth knowledge of LEAN methods, the EFQM model, digitalization and Industry 4.0 as well an in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing operational excellence projects. Proven successes in consulting and implementing operational excellence projects as well as subsequent implementation/improvement process.Certification in the areas of LEAN, EFQM Excellence Model and Industry 4.0 would be considered an asset.Strong team, communication and presentation skills in an international environment.Hands-on person ready to spend most of the time on the shop floor where value-added is provided coordinating the implementation of the KAIZEN approach.
