About the Role

Sun Life is seeking a skilled Process Documentation Specialist to join our Canadian Total Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and improving the written working procedures owned by our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze existing process documentation to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct interviews with Total Benefits team members to gain a deep understanding of our processes
  • Develop a structured approach for documenting operational activities and create process notes for the team
  • Identify and implement preventative, detective, and corrective controls to ensure process integrity
  • Train Total Benefits team members on new processes and controls

Requirements

  • Experience in process documentation and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Familiarity with benefit and well-being programs an asset
  • Business writing experience an asset
