Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food product development, focusing on innovation and trend analysis.
Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and sensory science.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and trends.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
Experience with sustainable food practices and ingredient sourcing.
Familiarity with digital tools for trend analysis and product innovation.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
