This firm's practice focuses on management-side employment and labour law. Their lawyers represent clients in arbitrations, employment-related litigation, employment standards claims, human rights proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations. Their clients range from both non-union and unionized workplaces. Their lawyers advise on all employment and labour law aspects, including hiring and departing employees, workplace restructuring, discipline, performance management, accommodation, disability management, employment contracts, workplace policies and procedures, employment standards, union relations, and health and safety.


Their lawyers have appeared before various levels of courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations and as lead negotiators in collective bargaining negotiations, including the first cooperative agreement negotiations.


This firm's compensation package is in line with Bay Street and relative to the year of call. They have a unique bonus package and a flexible work arrangement of 1 - 5 days in the office as preferred.
