At Botpress, we empower organizations by integrating autonomous agents into their core business functions. Our dedicated team, consisting of top-tier developers, engineers, and business strategists, is driving our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to become the standard solution for multi-agent systems, serving enterprises, governments, and educational institutions of various scales.

The role

We are seeking two (2) Business Development Representatives for our Enterprise Sales team to articulate the transformative impact of our AI autonomous agents to prospective clients and partners. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise, visionary insight, and strategic collaboration. You will be the tip of the spear of our GTM team.

As part of our rapidly growing platform, bolstered by the December 2023 launch of Botpress Cloud and its tens of thousands of sign-ups, we invite entrepreneurial spirits who can shepherd executive contacts from research through to meetings and commitment. You'll act as a Botpress ambassador, forging meaningful relationships with senior leaders to craft compelling business narratives.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and partnership team leaders to identify and qualify interest in our solution via inbound and outbound channels
  • Become an industry expert and develop product mastery
  • Generate reports for stakeholders and executives
  • Conduct yourself professionally and cast Botpress in a positive light


You must have:

  • A proven record of high achievement
  • Stellar communications skills, both written and verbal; budding copywriters do great in this role
  • Intellectual agility and natural curiosity
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging (FUN) technology environment
  • Ability to learn and absorb material quickly and welcome constructive criticism for continuous improvement
  • "One speed energy" self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency coupled with an entrepreneurial get it done attitude
  • Attention to details; organized and metric-driven
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
  • Speak/write English and French.




Not a must, but a plus:

  • Prior sales experience with a demonstrated ability to exceed quota
  • Prior experience in a rapidly growing technology company
  • Experience using Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Leadfeeder and other sales productivity tools
