Are you a passionate sales leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams? A leading supplier of custom wood moldings and doors trusted by builders, architects, and designers for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager to play a key role in their ambitious growth plans.


About the Role:


In this exciting role, you will oversee a dynamic team of inside sales representatives and customer service professionals. You will be responsible for:


  • Leading and Developing Your Team: Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand relationships within the luxury home-building market.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a seamless customer experience by fostering a culture of responsiveness, problem-solving, and exceeding expectations.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide a unified experience for customers.


Key Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury home building market and its decision-making process.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to sales performance management.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
