Role Description


This is a part-time role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, communicating with clients and vendors, and performing general clerical tasks. The position is located in Markham, Ontario.


Qualifications


  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • Experience with accounting and CRM systems preferred
