Job description

We are looking for Medical Aesthetics front desk receptionist/administrative assistant who is inspired to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and have the ability to sell medical aesthetics oriented services over the phone, email and dm.

We are seeking to hire someone who is friendly, energetic, and organized.


Responsibilities:


Customer Service Excellence:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, friendly, and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide information about our services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Product Knowledge and Sales:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and treatment options.
  • Educate clients about our offerings, explaining the benefits and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing client records.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-treatment inquiries.

Social Media Content:

  • Assist with creating and posting social media content to promote our services and engage with our online community.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the medical or aesthetic industry.
  • Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with medical spa treatments and products is an asset; training will be provided.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and scheduling systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays as per business needs.


Language Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in written and conversational English and Cantonese
  • Mandarin is an asset
