Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Customer Experience Associate. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. This includes communicating with patients in regards to inquiries and concerns, problem solving, and the ability to multitask. This role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction and patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients regarding their hormone treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor patient feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely information to patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Experience in customer support and customer experience preferred
  • Ability to empathize with clients and identify their needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
