Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant at Tusk Automation Inc in Kamloops, BC. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project manager, design team, and operations in various tasks related to mining and process automation projects. This includes assisting with project documentation, coordinating with vendors and clients, scheduling project meetings, taking meeting minutes and ensuring project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination, Documentation, and Scheduling skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in industrial construction, capital projects or similar work
- Knowledge of industrial project management terminology and documentation is essential
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word
- Experience with project management software such as MSProject
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
Compensation
- $58-$65,000/yr
