**Job Summary**:

We are a manufacturing company who has been in business in Kamloops since 1997. We are proud to be a leader in the manufacturing of abrasion and corrosion resistant materials and components for the Mining, Aggregate, Oil Sands, and Power Industries and provide products to the United States and Canada and abroad.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal resources to manage the day-to-day work of Projects.
- Ensure that projects all are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Assist the Sr. Project Manager on larger projects as needed.
- Report and escalate problems to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/Vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; Includes detailed schedules and documents required by the customer.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Become familiar with the health and safety program, actively participating in its overall success.
- Follow all safety standards, regulations, safe work procedures and use the required personal protective equipment.
- Report all unsafe working conditions, accidents, incidents, injuries, and illnesses to supervisor immediately.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- General understanding of steel fabrication, rubber lining, painting practices.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Mining, Oil and Gas experience.
- Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Project, Word).
- Familiar with Adobe.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand mechanical drawings.
