Project Administrator Opportunity

Highland Powerlines Ltd, a leading growth-based company in the power line construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team in Kamloops. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our General Manager and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to the General Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Assist with bid preparation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support project financials, invoicing, estimates, construction schedules, and project executions.
  • Attend project start-up meetings and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or working towards it is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a project management support role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and Excel is required.
  • Previous customer relations experience is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders.
