What we’ll love about you:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university; working toward Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is an asset


  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction industry, including construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design, and past internship with a design firm or extracurricular activity in the field
  • Structural software skills - Revit, 3D modeling, coding, AutoCAD, SAP 2000
  • Strong attention to detail and produce error-free, high-quality output
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Committed to client service and technical excellence


What you’ll work on:

The Structural Engineer provides engineering services for a range of projects within a team of engineers, including the design of structural systems and components, ensuring the design conform to recognized codes and standards, as well as client requirements.


  • Create solutions for structural challenges using the art and science of structural engineering
  • Design structural systems and perform structural analysis within a team of engineers
  • Deliver structural engineering drawings, calculations, reports, sketches, documentation, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties
