Position Overview:


The Account Manager is a pivotal role within our team, dedicated to nurturing robust relationships with our clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction, and securing ongoing sales opportunities. The primary objective of this role is to sustain and grow our Active Sign numbers through diligent client engagement, effective account management and retention (renewals), and proactive sales initiatives. This role gives precedence to client communication, retention, booking signs, and explicitly, enhancing sales by reaching out to clients to remind them to book again, with secondary tasks being vital but secondary to these principal goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Communication and Care: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met with timely responses, regular check-ins, and proactive communication to understand and adapt to their evolving needs.

  • Retention and Growth: Employ excellent service to retain current clients and identify opportunities for account growth. Develop and implement strategies that encourage repeat bookings, including direct outreach to remind clients to book again, and explore new avenues for sign placements to enhance visibility and impact.


  • Sales and Sign Booking: Vigorously pursue opportunities to boost sales and secure sign bookings, ensuring our active sign numbers remain consistently high. Understand client requirements, propose customized solutions, and close deals with efficiency, including proactive reminders for rebooking to ensure continuity and sales growth.


  • Account Organization: Efficiently manage and organize client accounts and properties, keeping all information current and accessible. While considered a secondary task, it supports the overarching goal of client satisfaction and sales efficacy.


  • Team Communication: Should secondary tasks lag due to prioritizing sales, client communication, and booking efforts, it's vital for the Account Manager to communicate this promptly to the team for task reassignment, ensuring client needs are met and organizational operations run smoothly.

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or a related field with a track record of driving sales and client retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to sales, with the initiative to reach out to clients for rebooking.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability to shifting priorities.
