About the Role: Special Projects Specialist

As a Special Projects Specialist at Kumon North America, you will:

  • Drive Success for Projects: Provide support to the Special Projects team, ensuring the successful execution of the 2026-2030 Midterm Plan.
  • Build Relationships: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including vendors, instructors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of projects.
  • Promote Growth: Assist in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
  • Deliver Expert Support: Analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Analyze and Act: Work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Experience in project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including vendors, instructors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Location Requirement:

This role is asking the associate to report to the Toronto Branch office 2x per week.
