Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead weekly meetings with customer replenishment teams to discuss production and shipping issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure healthy inventory levels and resolve supply chain challenges.

Supply Chain Analysis:

  • Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including On Time In Full (OTIF) metrics.
  • Develop "get well" date reports for specific items, projecting when inventory levels will be restored.

Data Integration and Reporting:

  • Extract data from customer systems and combine it with internal order tracking information.
  • Create comprehensive reports that simplify complex data for various stakeholders.
  • Present monthly performance reviews to customers, explaining metrics and proposing solutions.

Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve shipping-related problems in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Prioritize orders based on customer needs and supply chain constraints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage production for customer promotions and high-demand periods.

Process Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or customer-facing analytical roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or chemical manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and OTIF metrics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
