The Opportunity:


ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is thrilled to support one of our amazing clients in their search for an Inside Sales Representative.


Our client is an emerging leader in office furniture distribution, and as such, is in search of a talented individual, familiar with such items as: floor layouts, space design/use, and all associated furniture and equipment


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Log projects in CRM and assign to Designers, manage the turnaround time expectations of our Dealers and Reps.
  • Qualify project requests and provide Designers with a summary of what’s required.
  • Act as a liaison between our internal team and our Dealers and Reps.
  • Address client and partner inquiries and concerns promptly, upsell/cross sell when possible.
  • Conduct project kick off calls with Dealers to gather required project data while showcasing our range of office furniture products and solutions.
  • Work with our Sales team and Reps on project follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on our products and services, providing direction and guidance for best possible furniture solutions.
  • Demonstrate a culture of fun, respect, support, empowerment, encouragement, passion with all our staff, partners and clients.
  • Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to best suit corporate strategy and goals, as required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical details of office furniture products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude towards achieving collective goals.
