Notre entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un responsable du contenu des médias sociaux pour compléter son équipe.

Le responsable des médias sociaux travaillera directement avec le responsable du marketing et le coordinateur des médias sociaux et jouera un rôle clé dans le développement, la croissance et la conversion de nos auditoires sur les médias sociaux pour les deux marques d'Ecksand Group Inc. Le responsable des médias sociaux travaillera directement avec les influenceurs et les principaux leaders d'opinion afin de stimuler la croissance, le trafic, la notoriété de la marque et l'engagement pour Ecksand Group Inc. Il sera également responsable de prendre ses propres vidéos iphone et de les diffuser sur les médias sociaux.


Vos responsabilités:

  • Analyser les attentes des clients en fonction de l'activité passée et présente sur les médias sociaux.
  • Développer des campagnes de médias sociaux avec le responsable du marketing et le directeur de la création et définir des indicateurs de performance.
  • Communiquer de manière cohérente avec les clients et les adeptes sur toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux.
  • Établir également des relations avec les influenceurs des médias sociaux afin de développer un réseau solide et de potentielles collaborations.
  • Développer tout le contenu des médias sociaux en mettant l'accent sur la création de vidéos (bobines, tiktoks, etc.).
  • Informer en permanence le responsable du marketing et le directeur de la création des tendances actuelles en matière de médias sociaux et des recherches pertinentes.
  • Gérer toutes les tâches liées aux médias sociaux et apporter une contribution créative passionnante à notre stratégie en matière de médias sociaux.
  • Contrôler et augmenter de manière proactive le trafic social, la croissance et les performances d'engagement sur tous les comptes.


Ce que vous apportez:

  • Votre passion pour la création de contenus vidéo et de médias sociaux percutants. C’est indispensable.
  • Votre confiance de savoir créer des enregistrements de contenu vidéo pour les médias sociaux, se sentir à l'aise devant la caméra en tant qu'égérie de la marque Ecksand.
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable des médias sociaux ou dans un rôle similaire
  • Une expérience dans la création de stratégies de médias sociaux
  • Une bonne connaissance des meilleures pratiques des plateformes de médias sociaux telles que Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest
  • D’excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite, en français et en anglais
  • Le sens de l’organisation et de la planification,
  • La volonté de collaborer au sein d'une équipe mais aussi de travailler de façon autonome et indépendante
  • Qualifications souhaitées
  • Diplôme en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience préalable en tant que rédacteur
  • Expérience préalable en tant que gestionnaire de contenu

The Social Media Lead will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director and will play a key role in developing, growing and converting our social media audiences for both brands within the Ecksand Group Inc. The Social Media Specialist will work directly with influencers and key opinion leaders to drive growth, traffic, brand awareness, and engagement for the Ecksand Group Inc. They will also be responsible for taking their own iPhone video content for socials with provided equipment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ecksand’s Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Pinterest accounts.
  • Analyze customer expectations according to past and present social media activity.
  • Develop social media campaigns with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director and define KPI’s
  • Consistently engage with customers and followers on all social media platforms
  • Establishing relationships with social media influencers and clients on social media to develop a strong community and potential collaborations.
  • Develop all social media content with a heavy emphasis on video creation (reels, tiktoks, etc)
  • Constantly communicate current social media trends and relevant research to Marketing Manager and Creative Director.
  • Provide exciting creative input to our social media strategy
  • Monitor and pro-actively increase social traffic, growth and engagement performance across all accounts


What You Bring to the Table

  • An obsession with creating impactful social media and video content is a must
  • A confidence in recording video content for social media, comfort being on camera as a face of the Ecksand brand.
  • 3+ years experience as a social media manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Organization and structure, willing to work collaboratively as a team and independently
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Prior experience as a copywriter
  • Prior experience as a social media manager
