We're looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator with strong administrative skills and experience in purchasing and stock level monitoring to support our warehouse team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Shift Times: 08:00am to 04:30pm


Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full Time


Pay Rate: $25-27/hour

Location: Bolton, ON


  • Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling.
  • Coordinating with vendors to procure supplies and materials necessary for warehouse operations.
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed to ensure adequate supply.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions and supplier information.
  • Assisting in the resolution of inventory discrepancies and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing support to the warehouse manager and team members as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse office Coordinator experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software preferred.
  • Fluent in English & Tech Savvy.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes and experience in monitoring stock levels is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
