We are seeking an experienced Director of Digital Activation to join our growing team.


Responsibilities

As the Director of Digital Activation, you will oversee the onboarding of advertisers and the entire lifecycle of their digital marketing activation on the Contobox platform. Your responsibilities are divided into two key areas:

  • Ensuring excellent experience throughout all digital activation phases:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collaborate with the data analytics team to extract insight/actions from data and relate the “story” back to client’s business goals
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the strategy and account management teams to develop comprehensive digital activation plans, selecting appropriate channels, formats, and features to meet client goals.
  • Campaign Production: Oversee the design and development of interactive advertising campaigns, coordinating with creative and development teams to deliver high-quality materials on time.
  • Campaign Launch, Monitoring, and Optimization: Work with Ad Operations team to launch digital campaigns; monitor performance, and make data-driven optimizations to achieve client KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimizing processes for efficiency and meeting client expectations:
  • Onboarding processes: Develop and refine onboarding processes for clients and team members to facilitate seamless integration and alignment with client objectives.
  • Client expectations: Establish internal systems to measure and ensure that delivered outcomes meet client’s expectations through consistent communication, efficient execution and timely delivery.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing, digital activation, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in developing and implementing processes that improve efficiency and quality across teams.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, data-driven digital campaigns from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, adept at managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French nice to have).
