Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

  • Proactive Sourcing - Leverage various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Building Relationships - Maintain and nurture relationships with a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.


Candidate Assessment

  • Interviews - Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, sales performance history, and soft skills.
  • Skills Assessment - Utilize tools or case studies to assess candidates’ sales abilities and ensure alignment with the client's needs.
  • Reference Checks - Perform thorough reference checks to validate candidate experience and achievements.


Coordination and Communication

  • Client Updates - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the search, including candidate progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Interview Scheduling - Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates to ensure a seamless process.
  • Offer Management - Assist in negotiating and presenting job offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to the client.


Market Research and Networking

  • Industry Insights - Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitors’ hiring strategies.
  • Networking - Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to keep a steady flow of potential candidates.


Process Management

  • Pipeline Management - Utilize recruitment software to track candidate progress and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Continuous Improvement - Regularly review and refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Reporting and Analytics

  • Performance Metrics - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting - Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activity and outcomes.


Brand Ambassador

  • Represent Peak Sales Recruiting - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and commitment to excellence in sales recruitment.


Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of Recruitment, Sales or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
