Job Title: International Student Recruitment Specialist

At Aims Education, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for advising students on study opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Australia, as well as guiding them through the application and visa application procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise students on study opportunities and guide them through the application process
  • Market and promote educational institutions represented by the company to students
  • Maintain accurate records of student details and applications in the CRM system
  • Liaise with university students, other offices, and client institutions
  • Create and build relationships with university students
  • Develop personal marketing strategies to engage clients
  • Complete administrative tasks for the role
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who is a real people person, has a positive attitude, and is driven to achieve and succeed in their work. A background in student recruitment is not necessary, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and driven to meet and exceed targets.

Skills Requirements:
  • Persuasive and influential communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Proven success rate at meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Computer literacy
Education Background:

An undergraduate degree from any reputable university is required. An applicant from a Business, Marketing, English, or IT background will be preferred.

Language Requirements:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
