Job Title: International Student Recruitment Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Aims Education. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for advising students on study opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Australia, as well as guiding them through the application and visa application procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Advise students on study opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Australia * Guide students through the application and visa application procedures * Market and promote educational institutions represented by the company to students * Maintain an accurate ledger of student details and applications in the CRM system * Liaise with university students, other offices, and client institutions * Create and build relationships with university students * Create personal marketing strategies to engage clients * Complete accurate administrative tasks for the role The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a real people person with a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to achieve and succeed in their work. A background in student recruitment is not necessary as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and driven to meet and exceed targets. Skills Requirements: * Persuasive and influential communication skills * Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills * Proven success rate at levels above quotas and sales goals * Computer literacy Education Background: An undergraduate degree from any reputable University is required. An applicant from a Business, Marketing, English, or IT background will be preferable. Language Requirements: English
