Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Customer Experience Associate. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. This includes communicating with patients in regards to inquiries and concerns, problem solving and the ability to multitask. This role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction and patient centred care.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Experience in customer support and customer experience preferred
- Ability to empathize with clients and identify their needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
