Crew Chief Conversions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless interactions with clients.

Answer Written and Oral Inquiries

Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.

Provide Information and Support

Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

Arrange for Billing and Refunds

Process client billing and refund requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Explain Services and Procedures

Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered, as well as any procedures or risks associated with them.

Issue Receipts and Maintain Inventory

Issue receipts and other forms to clients, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient ordering and restocking of supplies.

Receive and Log Complaints

Receive and log client complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.

Receive Payments

Process client payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Sell Merchandise

Sell merchandise to clients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions.

Explain Procedures and Risks

Clearly explain procedures and risks associated with services offered, ensuring clients are fully informed and aware of their options.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience
Language

This role requires fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
