Arrange for Billing and RefundsProcess client billing and refund requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Explain Services and ProceduresClearly explain the type and cost of services offered, as well as any procedures or risks associated with them.
Issue Receipts and Maintain InventoryIssue receipts and other forms to clients, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient ordering and restocking of supplies.
Receive and Log ComplaintsReceive and log client complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
Receive PaymentsProcess client payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Sell MerchandiseSell merchandise to clients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions.
Explain Procedures and RisksClearly explain procedures and risks associated with services offered, ensuring clients are fully informed and aware of their options.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience
This role requires fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
