Role Description
This is a contract, remote Regional Sales Manager role. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at increasing regional sales revenue. Responsibilities also include identifying and bringing on new distribution and retail partners, and providing sales and marketing support. The Regional Sales Manager will also work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and report to the Vice President of Sales.
Qualifications
- Excellent French/English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Detailed knowledge of the tire industry and sales cycle
- Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- 5+ years of sales experience in the tire industry
- Familiarity with Chinese tire manufacturers and import/export regulations
